Personalized Feed on the Taskbar Arrives As Part of a Major Update to Windows Vista Or Windows 7

Posted on July 16, 2021 By user No Comments on Personalized Feed on the Taskbar Arrives As Part of a Major Update to Windows Vista Or Windows 7

It was a new feature called the Microsoft Personalization Guide. It arrived as part of a new Windows 10 update. The Personalization Guide is a new control panel add-in that allows users to customize many areas of the OS. It includes the Taskbar, the Start Menu, the Program Menu, and Explorer options. In addition, you will save any customizations made within this area to your computer for future use.

This new feature brings a significant change in the way that people can use the Microsoft Edge browser. The old method was to double click the Start Menu icon and select “Search.” Then you would type in whatever information you were searching for and click enter. It was an incredibly time-consuming process.

The new Personalization Guide takes this one step further by directly allowing users to access the most commonly used Windows programs. It means that users no longer have to click search again to find out what they want to know. Instead, with Microsoft Edge, you can see all of the options right at your fingertips when you are in any Windows application. All you have to do is pull up the Edge menu bar and point to the program you want to open.

Microsoft is hoping that this new feature makes finding the information you need easier. As a result, using MS Edge will be much faster while also being more efficient. Another benefit of this new feature is that there will be less clutter as well. You can organize all of your different applications and information into one place. In addition, there will be no more searching for applications that are not currently installed.

However, this new feature is not available in all Microsoft Windows Vista or Windows 7 systems. Those users who are still on these systems can look forward to seeing this new functionality in future updates to these operating systems. If you have not upgraded your personal computer to Windows Vista or Windows 7 yet, you are encouraged to do so as soon as possible. Microsoft updates these older operating systems regularly, and this new Personalized Feed on the Taskbar functionality is one of the most requested.

The personalized feed on the taskbar will continue to receive updates as more people become aware of this new feature. It will continue to provide the information you most need while giving you more control over how that information is presented to other users. This new feature is just one example of how Microsoft is trying to streamline their operating system. They are also coming out with many other more minor updates over the next few years. All of these updates should make using Microsoft products even more accessible and more streamlined.
